Homer Comprehensive Plan Book Club!

Homer is changing rapidly, and the City Council has decided it is time to rewrite our policies and laws to meet the times. This is our job, as residents. It's up to us: How tall should buildings be? Where should dense develoment be? What can we do to ensure that folks who want to live here can afford to do that? How can we support local businesses? Where and how should we protect land and water and habitat? How do we make sure that neigbors don't flood eachother? And so many more questions...

Before we start rewiting our policies and code, Guiding Growth is hosting the Comprehensive Plan Book Club! You and everyone you know is invited. Please join us for a review of our existing Comprehensive Plan, chapter-by-chapter.
